This new type of “shabu shabu” hot pot from
the Niseko area has created a furor. With a
selection of 8 different soups to choose from,
we serve wagyu beef, pork, chicken, and
carefully selected seafood. You can get a
sense of the various seasons of Hokkaido
through more than 20 kinds of vegetables in
our buffet, plus you can enjoy rich soft serve
ice cream for dessert. Choose as much as you
like, eat as much as you like, and indulge
yourself in this hot pot style buffet, along with
our all-you-can-drink service.
